Invite your children to slow down, breathe deeply, and say goodbye to the day with presence and gratitude.

"We remember who we are in the right environment. The simple rituals we create shape the moments that matter."

A Gentle Goodbye To The Day

From the ends of my toes,

To the tip of my nose,

It’s time for me to say,

Goodbye, today.

Bedtime is more than just the end of the day—it’s a sacred transition, a time to pause, reflect, and embrace rest with gratitude.

Goodbye Today follows the adventures of a bright-eyed child and her marsupial friend as they explore the joys of the day—from the sturdy tree with its swing to the warmth of family hugs—before gently settling into a mindful bedtime ritual. Through poetic verse and calming imagery, this book helps children wind down while teaching presence, breathwork, and body awareness—tools that nurture deep sleep and a sense of security.
